Design
The distinct character and optimised proportions of New Discovery embrace more than three decades of design evolution. Discovery DNA design cues – including the clamshell bonnet, the stepped roof and the highly visible C-pillar – remain, but New Discovery delivers a bold exterior evolution optimised to project a more confident road presence.
Design updates give Discovery a lower, wider stance. From the new headlights and rear lights, to the refined front grille and new bumpers. The enhanced visual harmony of the rear end and new 20-22” wheel designs elevate the vehicle’s contemporary appeal. Newly sculpted lights with a distinctive signature graphic and Matrix LED headlight technology to maximise visibility.
All Wheel Drive
Ensures a confident drive, on or off road. On slippery surfaces, such as grass and snow, All Wheel Drive (AWD) and Terrain Response work together to automatically balance torque between the front and rear wheels, maximising traction
Mild Hybrid Engines
Cleaner. More efficient. Mild Hybrid engines utilise a battery to harvest, store and redeploy energy normally lost during deceleration. Available with D250, D300 and P360 engines.

Software Updates
Your vehicle stays up to date through Software Updates6. The vehicle’s infotainment, telematics and various control modules can all be updated remotely to help ensure optimal performance. It means that your vehicle just keeps getting better.
Online Pack
Online Packwith Data Plan offers further connected services via a built-in SIM card, providing access to:

Wireless Charging
Optional wireless device charging with phone signal booster lets you charge compatible smartphones without the need for wires or a charging dock. While in the car, your phone will use the vehicle’s antenna for improved signal and clearer calls.
Cabin Air Purification System
Optional NanoeTM ionisation enhances driver and passenger wellbeing. Activating the PURIFY button, the specially designed filter captures fine particles from the outside air, such as PM2,5 and airborne allergens like dust and pollen.
Towing
Land Rover Discovery’s outstanding towing capacity of up to 3.500kg combines with a range of towing aids – including Advanced Tow Assist – so you can transport anything from horse boxes to trailers with confidence.
