Terms & Conditions

  • Offer Period: This Trade-In Booster event is valid from Thursday, 24th April, 2025 and ends on Tuesday, May 6th. Any deals conducted outside of these dates will not be able to avail of this offer.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for the "up to €2,000 off" offer, customers must trade in their current vehicle at a participating Spirit Motor Group dealership during the event period and purchase a used car from Spirit Motor Group stock.
  • Discount Value: The exact discount received (up to a maximum of €2,000) will be determined by Spirit Motor Group based on the specific used vehicle being purchased and the trade-in vehicle's valuation. The discount is applied to the price of the used car after the trade-in value of the customer's vehicle has been agreed upon.
  • Trade-In Vehicle Condition: The trade-in vehicle must be roadworthy, legally owned by the customer, and have all necessary documentation. Spirit Motor Group reserves the right to refuse any trade-in vehicle at its discretion.
  • Used Car Stock: The offer applies only to used vehicles currently in Spirit Motor Group stock. It may not be applicable to demonstrator models or vehicles which are ordered in specifically.
  • Participating Dealerships: This offer is valid only at participating Spirit Motor Group dealerships. Customers should confirm participation with their local dealership.
  • No Cash Alternative: The discount offered has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.
  • Other Offers: This offer may not be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated by Spirit Motor Group.
  • Spirit Motor Group's Right to Amend or Withdraw: Spirit Motor Group reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend this offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Final Decision: The final decision on all aspects of the Trade-In Booster event rests with Spirit Motor Group.
