Introducing Volvo’s first All-Electric model, the XC40 P8 AWD Recharge. The eagerly awaited XC40 BEV has finally arrived, and it doesn’t disappoint!
This vehicle is the first of several fully electric models to come. It offers a range of almost 420km from a full charge. It has a power output of 408HP and an acceleration of 0-100km in 4.9 seconds. It has the capacity to charge up to 80% in 40 minutes using a fast charger.
With the full Volvo range now available with Plug-In Hybrid technology, Volvo XC40 Recharge offers our customers a greater choice of powertrains to complement changing lifestyles. We at Spirit Volvo have enjoyed huge success with the PHEV range of Volvo cars to date, and now that many of our customers have experienced driving on electric power, they are now ready for the next step to fully electric.
The XC40 Recharge also introduces the new Android-based interface, featuring Google Maps, Google Assistant, and Google Play Store, where you can download your favourite Apps. This intuitive system includes continuous data and Over-The-Air updates, meaning less time visiting the workshop (as well as the Filling Station!)
