The Elroq offers a range of choices with three different battery sizes, from 55 kWh to 82 kWh, and outputs ranging from 125 kW to 210 kW. With the Elroq 85 model, you can achieve a maximum range of over 570 kilometres on the WLTP cycle, making it ideal for both daily commutes and long-distance adventures. The Elroq is built on the Volkswagen Group's Modular Electrification Toolkit (MEB), and offers four distinct powertrain variants: the Elroq 50, 60, 85, and the all-wheel drive 85x.
Charging is quick and convenient thanks to optimized preheating features. At DC fast-charging stations, you can recharge the battery from 10 to 80 per cent in as little as 24 minutes on the Elroq 60. The Elroq 85 and 85x models, with their larger 82 kWh battery, can be charged from 10% to 80% in just 28 minutes. The high-voltage lithium-ion batteries are positioned in the vehicle floor to ensure a low center of gravity. This combination of long range and fast charging provides an outstanding customer experience and excellent everyday usability.
