Spirit Motor Group – Senior Sales Executive

Established in 2004, we’re proud to represent some of the world’s most celebrated brands, including Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Polestar, Ford, Skoda, SEAT, Cupra, and Volkswagen service.
Spirit Motor Group have 3 Ford Dealerships in Dublin and Wicklow.
We are seeking experience sales professionals to join our Ford team in both Baldonnell and Sandyford.

Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years sales experience in a target driven environment.
- Previous sales experience within the motor industry a distinct advantage.
- Effective time management with an ability to plan and organise your own daily selling activities to secure new business.
- Fluent written and spoken English, full unrestricted access to live and work in Ireland
- Full clean driving licence for Ireland
- Flexible approach to work 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday

Role
- Greet customers and qualify them effectively in order to understand their needs.
- Assist customers in selecting their new vehicle.
- Ensure great customer service is provided to all clients.
- Liaise with customers throughout the buying process.
- Manage the preparation and hand over of sold vehicles to customers.
- Maintain the showroom and displays to required standards.
- Work to strict targets and deadlines.
- Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all products, accessories and key features.
