We are seeking a Fully Trained Master Technician for our Ford Store in Spirit Ford South Dublin who are fully authorised to live and work in Ireland without restriction.

Main Responsibilities

• Carry out advanced diagnostics, repairs, and servicing to Ford Master Technician standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other workshop colleagues.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest manufacturer standards.
• Use the latest Ford diagnostic and repair equipment to resolve complex issues.
• Complete service documentation in line with warranty and dealer requirements.
• Work closely with the Aftersales team to deliver outstanding customer service.

What Are We Looking For?

• Certified Master Technician
• Strong experience in vehicle diagnostics, electrical systems, and hybrid/electric vehicles.
• Ability to mentor and support junior technicians.
• An organised, flexible team player with strong problem-solving skills.
• Hold a full clean driver’s licence.
